Is AI-generated print on demand allowed on Etsy?
Yes, with rules: Etsy permits AI-assisted products when the seller provides the creative direction and discloses AI involvement. Do I need design skills or my own designs?
No. You bring the idea - a niche, a vibe, an audience - and Bob generates original artwork from that brief, builds mockups, and writes the listing. If you already have designs, you can upload them and Bob handles the rest of the workflow around them.
How is pod.builders different from Printify or Printful?
Printify and Printful are fulfillment platforms: they print and ship what you already created, and the research, design, listing copy, and pricing are still your job. pod.builders is the worker on top: Bob does that work end to end and routes fulfillment to print providers behind the scenes. You approve products instead of producing them.
What exactly am I paying for?
Bob does the whole print-on-demand workflow - niche research, original designs, mockups, SEO listings, profit-aware pricing - and prepares Etsy-ready drafts; one click from you takes them live. Building and trying Bob is free; the subscription ($89/mo or $250/yr) unlocks publishing and the live dashboard.
Who owns my store and designs?
You do. The designs Bob generates for you, the listings, and the Etsy shop are yours - and they stay yours if you cancel. We keep a license to run the service and to showcase work built with Bob. Full detail in the Terms.
How do I cancel?
Self-serve, in about three clicks: Account → Manage billing → Cancel. It takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access until then. No contracts, no exit fees.
Can I get a refund?
We do not advertise a blanket guarantee, but fair cases get sorted: email bob@pod.builders and a human will look at it. One ask: talk to us before opening a card dispute - an open dispute legally freezes any refund until it closes.

Email bob@pod.builders with what you were doing and what happened (screenshots help). We read everything and reply as fast as a small team honestly can - usually within one business day.
